Student leadership

Student leadership at St Augustine’s Sixth Form

In the Sixth Form at St Augustine’s we value the ideas of our students and how they contribute to school life.
How to become a student leader at St Augustine’s

In order to become a member of the Sixth Form Student Leadership Committee, students are invited to write a letter of application, detailing why they are interested in the role, their previous experiences and how they can contribute to school life. Those applying for Head Student will be invited to an interview day, with a range of tasks assessed by the Sixth Form team, students from other year groups and the outgoing Head Students. Applications for other roles will be assessed by interview. Successful students will then meet half termly to develop and implement their ideas.

This year we are delighted to have 27 student leaders in the Sixth Form.
