Virtual Academic Review Parent’s Meeting
All students in Years 7, 8, 9, 10 and 12
Thursday 2nd and Friday 3rd December 2021

I am inviting you to attend our first KS3 and KS4 Virtual Academic Review Parent’s meeting on Thursday 2nd December (4.30pm-7.30pm) and Friday 3rd December (9.00am-1.00pm) using video meetings. We are trialing this method to be able to meet and remain Covid 19 compliment.

• These meetings are virtual video meetings which happen via a platform called ‘schoolcloud’
• Once you log in using your email, you can select the time you would like to meet your child’s form tutor
• The appointments will be allocated on a first come, first served bases

The purpose of the 10-minute virtual meeting is for parents and students to meet with form tutors to discuss:

1. Current and predicted curriculum levels/GCSE grades
2. Feedback on Attitude to Learning, Progress and Homework
3. To reflect on how they can best make progress and set new targets for the summer and next academic year, so students can achieve their very best
4. The meeting with your child’s form tutor will automatically finish after 10 minutes
