School Council November 2022

Miss Carney was delighted to welcome all Form Captains to the second School Council of this academic year. With almost 50 students from across the year groups, everyone worked together to review the agenda items including- Basketball Hoops & playground equipment, cultural food in the canteen & cultural day, our school's approach to the environment (both within & outside the school grounds), collective responsibility in the corridors & classrooms, greater communication between students & teachers &... the World Cup! The Council was chaired by Deputy Head Students Fatimah & Noor, alongside Head Student Nasrien. It was wonderful to see so many animated discussions & for all students to take the lead in advocating for a positive & vibrant community. Our next meeting will be in January 2023.
