IMPORTANT INFORMATION – LATERAL FLOW DEVICE (LFD) HOME TEST KITS

Dear Parents/Carers
Thank you for supporting the School’s asymptomatic lateral flow testing programme.  We are pleased to announce that our test operatives carried out over 1000 tests with no positive results.

As you are aware the government require schools to move over to self-testing at home, and we can confirm that we are distributing home test kits for every student to take home between today and tomorrow. Your child will receive 2 sealed packs of three tests in each box, and a separate instruction leaflet. We recommend that you familiarise yourselves with instructions for use, and the information links provided in this letter.

Please note: Home test kits are for student use only.  Students are required to attend school whether they take part in testing or not, however in the interest of keeping our community as safe as possible, we strongly encourage parents to help reduce the spread of the virus and support the school with home testing twice weekly, 3-5 days apart... read more here.
