Westminster Mile 2019

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to all those who participated, supported or helped out with sponsorship for this years Westminster Mile run.

The turn out from our students was incredible, and we certainly brought the St Augustine's spirit to the event! To have approximately 100 students (roughly 10% of the school population) turn up bright and early, during their holidays to raise money for children less fortunate than them really shows how kind and committed they can be.

So far, we have raised an amazing £1, 381 which will go towards the development of a sports programme for young girls and boys in Freetown, Sierra Leone.

Thanks to ALL the staff who came on the day, and helped us manage the impressive number of kids who turned up!
