St Augustine’s Year 13 students have demonstrated their dedication, resilience, and academic excellence, achieving success across a wide range of subjects.

At A Level, we saw an increase in the number of our students achieving grades A* to A, in a wide range of subjects such as A Level Maths, Chemistry, History, Psychology, Business and Community Languages.

55% of our students studying a vocational subject achieved a Distinction* or Distinction and 100% of our vocational students achieved a Distinction*-Pass Grade. These exceptional results reflect the hard work of our students and the unwavering support and expertise of our dedicated staff.

Head of High School, Rachel Kelly, expressed their pride in the students’ achievements, stating, “We are incredibly proud of all our students and their A-Level and Vocational results. We are delighted to see so many of them secure places at their first-choice universities and prestigious apprenticeship programs. We wish them all the best as they move on to the next chapter of their lives.”

Among the top achievers were Douaa Fouani who received A* grades in Chemistry, Maths and a grade A in Biology, Syed Yousuf who received an A* grade in Chemistry and grade A’s in Biology and Maths, Mary Nasrallah achieving an A* in Maths and two Grade A’s in Biology and Chemistry, Zahraa Dhahad received an A* in Psychology, an A in Biology and a B in Chemistry and Omar Ouadaa who achieved A’s in History and Politics and a Grade B in Sociology. Yousuf, Mary and Aya Mehdi are all going further to study Medicine.

Adam El-Hadi, who is going to Ravensbourne University London to study Film, said: “I am quite happy with the results and all the work has paid off — it was definitely worth it. I want to thank my teachers, my family and my friends for their support.”

Students secured places at University College London, University of York, King’s College London and Ravensbourne University London, and are studying a range of different degrees from Chemical Engineering, Film, Medicine, Architecture, Law and many more. Many of these students, along with many others, have made the entire school community proud.

As we celebrate this year’s successes, St Augustine’s remains committed to providing an outstanding education that nurtures and supports every student. We look forward to seeing our students continue to thrive as they embark on their future endeavours.
