50 students from St Augustine’s Primary School, Year 7 and Year 8, were invited to our first ‘Tea with the Head’ event which was to reward the students who had achieved the greatest number of positive points in each form group over the academic year.
The students brought with them examples of work that they were really proud of and shared this with staff and our Year 12 Head and Deputy Students. We then celebrated with plenty of food and a visit from an ice-cream truck! The Year 12 Head students then made a speech to congratulate all of the students on their hard work and perseverance this year and some motivation to continue being the ‘Best that they can Be’ next academic year too!
